My name is David Joun, and my entire life has been a search for meaning.

I’ve lived many roles – entrepreneur, single father, a man who faced harsh challenges, and ultimately someone who chose to change everything. After seven years of mental training and the discovery of an incurable illness, I decided to take a different path. I left Europe and started over in Vietnam, on the island of Phu Quoc. Not to escape – but to finally find peace, meaning, and a connection to life that I had long been missing.

I wrote an autobiography – not for attention, but because I needed to understand my journey. Writing became a form of therapy. And from that book, lyrics began to emerge – not imagined, but real. Each one is rooted in my own life.

Music became a continuation of everything I’ve lived through. A form of expression that speaks another language – the language of emotion, memory, and truth. Everything I create is built on one foundation: authenticity.

This is not a return. It’s a new beginning. A life without pretense, lived fully – from the heart.
